Terms and Conditions – h444 Platform Rules for Pakistan

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the h444 platform — whether through the website at h444.pw or through the h444 mobile app for Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use any part of the h444 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sections of h444, including sports betting, live casino, casino games, slot games and all promotional offers. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types may apply and will be communicated separately at the relevant point of participation.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an h444 account and use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. h444 does not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If h444 becomes aware that an account is held by someone under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and any funds within it handled in accordance with our verification procedures.

Verification

h444 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point where verification is deemed necessary for account security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed.

03 Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one h444 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, h444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h444 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact h444 support immediately.
• h444 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your contact details, payment methods or personal information must be updated through your account settings or by contacting support.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on h444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals, as PKR is the native currency of the platform.

Deposit Rules

Funds deposited must belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party sources, shared accounts or any form of credit taken specifically for gaming purposes are not permitted. h444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the payment section of your account. h444 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected but h444 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly once verification requirements are satisfied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

h444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on slot games, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major tournaments.

Each promotion has its own specific terms that will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Where bonus abuse is identified, h444 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the relevant accounts.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Bet Placement

All bets placed on h444 sports markets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake in PKR, market type and odds — before confirming a wager. h444 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.

Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager. h444 offers markets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, test matches, football, esports and other sports. Market availability may vary by event.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events, particularly during cricket and T20 matches where markets update rapidly. h444 makes every effort to keep live odds accurate, but there may be brief delays. Bets placed during a noticeable delay may be voided at h444's discretion if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

Void Bets & Cancellations

• h444 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Bets on events that are cancelled and not replayed within a reasonable period will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where a match is abandoned mid-way, settled bets will stand unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Bets placed after an event has already concluded will be voided regardless of the result.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day across all sports markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to periodic review by h444.

07 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on h444 — including live dealer games, RNG table games and video slots — are subject to the rules of the individual game as defined by the game provider. h444 provides the platform through which these games are accessed but the game rules themselves are set by the respective providers.

RNG Games

All non-live casino games on h444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party including h444. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a technical disruption — such as a stream drop or connection failure — the round will be handled according to the live casino provider's own rules. Stakes placed on interrupted rounds may be returned or the round completed depending on the point of interruption.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction or software error affecting a game outcome, h444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings generated during a provable malfunction period are not valid and will not be paid out.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on h444. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the h444 platform.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using funds from illegal sources for deposits on h444.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security measures or identity verification process.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to access h444 in a manner that misrepresents your location or identity.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening h444 staff or other users through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by h444

h444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification, irregular betting patterns, or a breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals that were being processed at the time of suspension may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. h444 will endeavour to complete such investigations within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your h444 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can apply a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings. During self-exclusion, access to all sections of h444 is restricted. To reactivate an account after self-exclusion, a cooling-off period applies as specified in the Responsible Gaming section.

10 Privacy & Data

h444 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform use. • h444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
• h444 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• h444 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.
• Nothing in these Terms limits h444's liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

The total liability of h444 to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments to These Terms

h444 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h444 will provide reasonable notice — either through a notice on the platform, a notification in your account, or both.
